This is a personal booking page. Guests manage an appointment through the link in their confirmation email. Owners manage bookings from the dashboard.

If email is delayed

A confirmed booking is stored even when email is queued. The confirmation page and management link remain valid. Owners can resend the latest message from the booking detail page.

If a calendar is disconnected

The page keeps working from your weekly hours and existing bookings. Reconnect from Integrations to restore conflict checking. Existing mirrored copies on Google are not deleted automatically.

Lost management link

Ask the organizer to look up the booking, or request a new link from the confirmation email flow. Links expire seven days after the appointment ends.
